Our Story Excellence Rooted in Tradition & Innovation
Since its inception in 1998, ZRM Builders has specialized in the construction of distinctive beachfront properties in Avalon, Stone Harbor and Cape May as well as the surrounding area. The company was founded when Frank Zeigler was framing Rich Ranalli’s vacation home.
The two men, both third-generation builders, discovered a mutual passion for the building industry, and over the course of construction became good friends. After constructing a successful speculative home on the island of Avalon, Frank and Rich agreed to form a dedicated custom building company.
Today, ZRM crafts undeniably unique homes, blending the client’s requirements with an artistic vision of comfort and style.
